Enabling Multiple Profiles in Outlook 97

In order to use your profiles you will need to enable the option of
which Outlook profile you would like to open.

1. Launch Outlook 97 from either a shortcut or from your program menu.
   
   
2. Click on Tools and a menu will appear below it.
   
   
   
   
3. On this menu select the Options.
   
   
   
   
4. Here fill in select Prompt for a profile to be used. When done press OK.
   
   
   
   
5. The next time you open Outlook 97 you will prompted for which profile to use.
