OUR Mail Server Settings

SMTP Mail Server: (Outgoing Mail) = mail.connect.ie

POP Mail Server:(Incoming Mail) = mail.connect.ie

Outlook Express 97

1. Left click on the start button located on the taskbar
   à Go to settings
   à Go to Control Panel.
   
2. Double Click on the Mail and Fax services.
3. Click on the add button in the
   Microsoft Outlook Properties Services tab.
   
   
4. Select Internet Mail à OK button.
   
5. Within the Personal Information section
   Enter Full name of user: Full Name of User.
   Enter E-mail address of user: Username
6. Within Mailbox Information
   Enter in Internet Mail server: mail.connect.ie
   Account name: username
   Password: password
   
   
   
   
7. Now press the Connection Tab.
   Select connect using the modem and from the drop down box
   select Connect-Ireland or the name of your dial up connection...
   
   
   
   
8. Click on OK button. You have now enabled Outlook to use Internet E-mail.
   
   
   
   
9. Press OK and you will now have Internet E-mail in Outlook 97.
