E-Mail Setup for Connect.ie Users

OUR Mail Server Settings

SMTP Mail Server: (Outgoing Mail) = mail.connect.ie

POP Mail Server:(Incoming Mail) = mail.connect.ie

Outlook Express XP

  1. Select Accounts... from the Tools pull-down menu.

  2. You will see a listing of all the different accounts that you have Outlook Express configured to use.
    Click on E-Mail Accounts... to add/view email accounts.

  3. Next select: POP3

  4. Click Next and fill in the information as shown below, putting in the username agreed with Connect.ie
    (not jsmith - unless of course you really are !)

  5. Click Next and you are done.
