Outlook Express - Getting email headers

Users of Outlook Express who want to report junk mail messages,need to do the following:

Select File and Properties from the pull-down menu

Click Details tab

Using your mouse, highlight the Internet headers and then press ^C (hold down the CTRL key and press c)

Click the Forward button and enter our support email address. (Not given in full to avoid spam)

In the TO: line, Click the mouse in the body of the message and paste the headers into the message by pressing ^V
(hold down the CTRL key and press v)
