Symantec AntiVirus caused an error message in Outlook 2002
If you open an e-mail in Outlook 2002 and received the following error
message:
"The add-in 'C:\Program Files\Symantec_Client_Security\Symantec
AntiVirus...' could not be installed or loaded.
This problem may be
resolved by using Detect and Repair on the Help menu. ...here is what you need
to do:
Symantec reports that using Detect and Repair will not work. The
problem happens because Outlook is looking for Vpmsece.dll in the Extend.dat
file, and the location has changed.

downloading a fix tool.
